Retractable Shield Gauntlet - ortho

From the character painting of my warrior character, I drew up an ortho sheet of her gauntlet. The idea behind the gauntlet, was a new (or at least I think is new) take on a shield. A retractable shield in the form of an arm gauntlet.

The way it'd extend is by the positioning of the arm. Raising the arm up, as you would with an actual shield, would extend the pieces downwards, forming a lengthy shield. To retract, you'd return your arm back to a neutral (default) position: downwards.
