Weiss Schnee from RWBY

I wanted to paint out Team RWBY's new look (don't worry, TEAM JNR too!). Here's Weiss~

Her new look was kind of odd to me at first. The hair didn't seem possible at first, but looking at the previous seasons' designs again, it wasn't as far fetched of a length.
